Bankruptcy with Chapter 7

This structure can be used to manage expenses that the debtor is behind on, such as a mortgage payment, a second mortgage, child support, student loans or back taxes. The payment plan makes use of the debtor’s disposable income, meaning money that is left over after basic expenses are paid, to pay off the consolidated debt.
